Bill Binder | Construction Cost Manager

Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Bill became involved in the construction industry at a very young age, working side by side with his family. Bill started his career at Cornell Homes as a Project Manager for one of our best-selling communities in DE before he entered into the role of Construction Cost Manager. Prior to joining Cornell Homes, Bill was employed by Citizens Bank and NVR Inc. He spent 7 years at the Delaware Division of Ryan Homes, one of the nation's largest builders as a Production Supervisor, Project Manager, and Sales and Marketing Representative. He was consistently a top-rated Project Manager for over 4 years before transitioning to the Sales field where he was one of the top Sales Representatives for the DE Division. Whether Bill has been in sales or production, he has received many customer service awards proving his dedication to making every one of his homeowner’s experience to be exceptional.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Marketing and Finance from Villanova University. He currently lives with his wife and daughters in Middletown, DE.
