Dave Boyer | Manager of Trade Partner Relations

David brings over 10 years of Sales, Marketing and Construction experience to Cornell Homes. Prior to entering into the home building industry David was a Sales Manager for a Commercial Transportation Company with operations in the Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey Markets. While in this position he gained experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management and Operations.

In 2001 David entered the home building Industry with NVR Inc., one of the nation’s largest home builders. During his tenure with NVR Inc. David progressed quickly and gained experience in project management, construction, cost control, production, training, sales and marketing. As part of the Cornell Homes team, Dave continues to apply his industry experience in many different facets.

David received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Penn State. He is a native of South Eastern Pennsylvania and currently resides in Maryland with his Wife and two children.
