Matthew Egan | Vice President of Construction Operations

Matt brings more than eighteen years of construction experience to Cornell Homes. After his studies at the University of Delaware, Matt’s residential construction career began with NVR, Inc. in Northern Delaware. During his eleven year career with NVR, Inc. Matt gained valuable experience in construction, land development, and sales and marketing.

After his career with NVR, Inc., Matt started his own company and furthered his knowledge of the Home Building industry. Matt has also educated himself in the growing field of Green Building. He is one of the National Association of Home Builders, Certified Green Professionals.

Matt currently resides in Newark, Delaware with his wife Jennifer and their three children.
