Christy Flynn | Sales Manager

Prior to joining Cornell Homes, Christy worked as a land developer specializing in difficult entitlements, including re-zonings and state and federal agency permits.  Her projects ranged from a 40-acre residential conservation development to a proposed 3,000-acre new town and brownfield redevelopment. Christy is passionate about the details that make places beautiful and functional; from the architecture to the open space. 

Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Chester County native and currently lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her husband.
