Prior to joining Cornell Homes, Sugarr spent over 7 years as a sales representative with one of the nation's largest homebuilders, Ryan Homes.

Throughout her time with Ryan, she received several accolades on both the divisional and regional level and was a top sales performer. She consistently attained high customer service ratings and received other awards including President's Club and Rookie Sales Person of the Year.

Sugarr's focus on always putting the customer first and a desire to meet their needs are some of the things that has attributed to her success in new home sales.

Sugarr is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she majored in Business Administration. She currently resides in Kent County Delaware with her husband and daughter.
