Chris Hogan | General Counsel

Chris has been a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1992. He has experience in a variety of legal areas that will be helpful to Cornell Homes, especially regarding transactional and litigation matters. Since 2003, Chris has been running his own law firm based in South Jersey with a special emphasis on representing builders, managers and developers of real estate, including Cornell Homes. Chris is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, New Jersey.

Chris was born in Philadelphia and raised in West Chester, PA. He graduated from Salesianum High School in Wilmington, DE, American University in Washington, D.C. and then Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. Before starting his own firm in 2003, he worked for several firms in Philadelphia. Chris presently lives in Margate, NJ with his wife and their English Bulldog, Buddy.
