Greg Lingo | President/CEO

Greg Lingo is a 17 year veteran of the home building and residential development industry, working in both the public and private sectors. He has a considerable background which includes training, managing, financing, marketing, selling and constructing new homes, while maintaining a reputation for integrity and performance excellence. Prior to creating Cornell Homes, Mr. Lingo was Vice-President/Market Manager for NV Homes, one of the nation’s top ten luxury brands. He led over 90 employees in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland to over $190,000,000 in revenues, quadrupling their market share in less than 2 years, despite downward trends in the marketplace.

Before accepting the position to manage NVHomes, Greg Lingo was the Vice-President/Division Manager for Ryan Homes where he served in the Southern Philadelphia commuter markets of Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

As an involved “hands on” operator, Mr. Lingo has substantial experience managing and ethically leading the day to day activities of his home building business. He possesses significant market knowledge of the Philadelphia market and has a solid network of relationships within the industry both in the mid-Atlantic and nationwide.

Greg Lingo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.

Greg, his wife and three daughters live in suburban Philadelphia.
