Shawn Swanson | General Manager

Shawn brings over fifteen years of diversified homebuilding experience to Cornell Homes.  After graduating from Penn State University, Shawn's career began with NVR, Inc. in Northern Virginia, where he gained valuable experience in construction, cost control management and sales as well as a strong commitment to customer service.

After working in various markets for NVR, Inc., Shawn returned to Pennsylvania to work with the Bucks County Division of Toll Brothers.  In 2005, he was approached by one of the Main Line's most reputable custom homebuilders to develop and manage a new highly custom homebuilding company.  He spent five years as the Vice President of Operations for this organization prior to joining Cornell Homes.

Shawn currently resides in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.
