Joe Della Valle | Sales Manager

Joe has nearly 10 years’ experience working for some of the most prominent home builders in the region. A Philadelphia native; Joe currently lives in Delaware with his daughter and fiancée. His approach to customer interaction is one of relationship building which makes him ideally suited to address concerns during the home building process. Joe has won a multitude of awards during his career including being named “Sales Person of the Year” by the Delaware Home Builders Association. The career achievement he is most proud of is having been recognized on eleven separate occasions, both locally and nationally, for exceptional customer service.
