Cornell Homes also works closely with Geoffrey L. Grosso, Esq., who provides attorney closing services in Delaware.

We believe that your purchase of a Cornell Home may be the single most important investment in your life. We work with Hollister Land Services to ensure your peace of mind and to protect you for any unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your ownership.

Cornell Homes has a business relationship with Hollister Land Services, LLC (“Hollister Land Services”) which involves providing Hollister Land Services with a license to take title applications, complete settlements and conduct reasonably-related title agent functions within premises leased by Cornell Homes for which it receives a fee from Hollister Land Services. Cornell Homes has no direct or beneficial ownership interest in Hollister Land Services and its business relationship with Hollister Land Services is in no way conditioned or contingent upon your use of Hollister Land Services for title insurance or settlement services. Similarly, Mr. Tarlov is not employed by Cornell Homes but is paid a fee for legal services provided at closing. We stand by our relationships with Hollister Land Services and Mr. Tarlov. However, you are NOT required to use Hollister Land Services or Mr. Tarlov as a condition for purchasing property from Cornell Homes. You are free to shop around for title insurance and settlement services.
